An email address to create and operate your account. Payment is handled by Stripe, our payment processor; we do not store your card number. The photographs you capture through the walkthrough, together with their capture data, verified time and location, which is what makes a sealed record a sealed record. And basic site analytics, described below.
To operate the service: sealing your captures, generating your certificate and evidence packet, and maintaining your verification link. To respond when you contact support. That is the list. We do not sell or share your data.
Your photos document your property for you. They are stored encrypted, the verification architecture separates your identity from the record contents, and the verification link reveals only what the certificate itself shows. Your photographs are never published, and who receives your evidence packet is always your decision.

We use a small number of providers to run the service: Stripe for payment processing, an email delivery provider for transactional messages such as your certificate, and hosting infrastructure for the site and application. Each receives only what it needs for its function.
This site uses Google tags for analytics and advertising measurement, which involve cookies or similar technologies from Google. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; existing sealed records and verification links remain valid. If you want your account or records deleted, or have any question about your data, write to us and we will respond: support@sealedhomerecord.com.
